Release paper
From super-matt to high-gloss designs, from subtle to bold textures – release papers add the final look and feel to surfaces. To guarantee a perfect surface finish, we use solvent-free polymers for the coating of our release papers, which we combine into a solid and durable surface with the help of electron beam technology (EBT). Depending on the desired effect, we either work with painted, satin-finished paper or a film carrier so that our release papers can be used both for gloss and for texture.
Realtecs
The characteristics of this release paper in terms of both look and feel are specified by the embossing roller and varnish application. The result is a realistic depiction of the desired surface texture, even including the level of gloss.
Coating: solvent-free polymers
Application: suitable for multiple uses of CPL, HPL and directly coated laminates. In combination with film carriers, also available as a UV roller coating surface in an inert process.
Ecology and disposal: free from toxic heavy metals and technically free from chromium and chlorine. The release coatings contain no hardening agents.
TECORELEASE Millenium
The characteristics of this release paper in terms of both look and feel are specified by the varnish application. Hardening with the help of EBT makes deeper-lying surface textures that appear particularly authentic possible.
Coating: solvent-free polymers
Application: suitable for multiple uses of CPL, HPL and directly coated laminates.
Ecology and disposal: free from toxic heavy metals and technically free from chromium and chlorine. The release coatings contain no hardening agents.
TECORELEASE Structal
The characteristics of this texture-providing release paper in terms of both look and feel are achieved with special coating formulations in combination with gradation of the embossing roller. Structal is available in various individually adjustable levels of gloss and varies in weight depending on the base paper and coating.
Coating: solvent-free polymers
Application: suitable for multiple uses in the production of laminate panels in CPL systems.
Ecology and disposal: free from toxic heavy metals and technically free from chromium and chlorine. The release coatings contain no hardening agents.
TECORELEASE Silicure
The individually adjustable levels of gloss of this smooth, technical release paper are achieved through the use of various coating formulations.
Coating: solvent-free polymers
Application: suitable for multiple uses in CPL systems and single use in HPL systems.
Ecology and disposal: free from toxic heavy metals and technically free from chromium and chlorine. The release coatings contain no hardening agents.
