Top 100 SURTECO is among Germany´s innovation elite
For more than 25 years, small and medium-sized companies have taken part in the TOP 100 innovation competition, for which the companies are evaluated with regard to their innovation management and their innovation success. Among nearly 500 other applicants, we were able to distinguish ourselves as a company and are now officially among the top 100 innovators from Germany’s small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to this award, the new products COMPACT STYLE and CORE DESIGN underscore our innovative strength.
One measure for special external orientation is our Immediate Edging Programme (KSP), which enables you, as a business partner, to remain flexible in your daily activities and to meet promised delivery dates with even less effort. The matching edges are available in the decor laminate within 24 hours for more than 10,000 decors from leading international panel manufacturers – from one metre in length and in various widths. Our employees in production get a picture from selected customers of how their products are used and what influence their performance has on their production. Through this open exchange, we can not only increase our own innovative strength, but also yours. Through scientific analyses, we also promote the future viability of SURTECO, our innovation processes and our innovation marketing. Being named one of the most innovative companies gives us the opportunity to further position ourselves in the industry as a professional partner as well as an attractive employer. The different interests of the customers are implemented within SURTECO through the principle of one-stop shopping. Edges and surfaces are precisely matched to one another. By merging BauschLinnemann, SURTECO DECOR and Döllken to form an integrated solutions provider, we are further expanding, among others, the areas of service, development work and Industry 4.0 activities.
‘For all our employees, this award is a great recognition of their achievements and a further motivation to constantly improve.’
(Horst Pachowiak, head of innovation management)
