Upon request, we will refine the surfaces of our melamine edges according to your specifications, so that it meets a wide range of technical requirements.

Varnishable surfaces

These varnish surfaces can be easily revarnished – without sanding – with conventional varnishes such as nitrocellulose or polyurethane.

Anti-fingerprint

Makes surfaces less sensitive and ensures that dirt and grease do not adhere. The perfect coating for furniture that is subjected to heavy everyday use.

Paint-repellent

Spray mist residues from your paint shop can be easily removed from this special top coat. Important: It is imperative that you carry out preliminary tests with your paint/varnish systems.

Gloss levels

The degree to which a surface reflects or absorbs light influences its aesthetic effect in the decor laminate and in the room. From super-matt and silky matt to silky gloss and high gloss, through the use of various varnishes and varnish components, we enable you to achieve a wide variety of gloss levels. For our unique duo-gloss look, we combine matt and shiny areas for unicolour, wood structures and fantasy decors.

Textures

Textures bring surfaces to life, visually and haptically, thus enabling individual interior design that sets accents or blends harmoniously into the decor. We offer you four different surface textures, each with its own unique character.

Mechanical embossing

We emboss textures directly into the varnish because we achieve special optical and haptic effects in this way. We have four different surface textures in the range: ash pore, wood pore, leather texture and pearl texture.

Wood look

We apply the textures to the surface using a specially developed varnishing process to achieve a wood look that is as natural as possible. This results in synchronous pores (all-over pores are also possible) and we achieve perfect matt-gloss effects that hardly differ from real wood veneer.

Haptic

Our varnished Haptic surface is unique in the industry: the textures appear optically authentic and can be felt synchronously with the decor. This enables a surface depth similar to that of brushed wood textures.

Haptronic

With this special process, we achieve visually and haptically fascinating textures and guarantee a result that is nearly free of stress whitening. All-over or synchronous pores are possible.
