Edge materials
We use your requirement as our benchmark. For this reason, we only use the highest-quality plastics available on the market for the manufacture of our thermoplastic edges. In total, we work with four different thermoplastics: ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) which we use to manufacture our edgeband in our Sydney based plant, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PP (polypropylene) and 3D (PMMA – polymethyl methacrylate), the latter 3 are used in products we receive from Sureteco GmbH in Germany. All materials are regularly tested in independent procedures according to the strict specifications and quality standards of the furniture industry.
